Sobre este episodio

It's a new episode of my podcast "Transforming Grief." We explore the differences in how men and women express grief. In general, women tend to be more open and expressive about grief, while men may be more reserved and reluctant to talk about their feelings. This is partly due to cultural differences in the way men and women are socialized to manage their emotions. However, this is not always the case, and some men may be more vocal in their grief than some women. It is important to recognize that there is no "right way" to process grief. Each person has their own path and time to deal with loss. But at the same time, it's important that men also feel free to express their emotions and not feel like they have to be strong and keep their feelings to themselves. Ligia M.
