In this new episode, we will delve into the importance of dropping the masks and allowing ourselves to feel our emotions in their most authentic form after losing a loved one. Vulnerability provides us with the opportunity to share our humanity and our deepest feelings. Additionally, I share a personal experience that arose while recording the audiobook of my book “Déjame vivir mi duelo…y sanar de adentro hacia afuera” ( Allow me to Grieve…and Heal from the Inside Out). I was taken by the openness with which I expressed my emotions in the process. This vulnerability was liberating and, at the same time, made me feel connected to readers who are also facing the loss of a loved one. I wanted you to know that, despite being a grief specialist, I also experienced intense emotions and profound pain. This human connection was a fundamental part of my own healing process.
