Sobre este episodio

In this very special episode of Transforming Grief, I honor the memory of my dear sister Alicia, who passed away from breast cancer in June 2023. From the heart, I share not only my experience as a grief specialist, but also as a sister, talking about the grief that is experienced not only by the loss of a loved one, but also by the physical loss faced by those who go through a mastectomy. This grief is deep, it touches not only the person who experiences it, but also their family, and it is a process full of emotions, from fear to strength. How have you accompanied or faced a process of physical loss? Share your experience in the comments. I invite you to purchase my audiobook Let me live my grief… and heal from the inside out to receive tools that accompany you in your healing process. And if you want more content about grief, don't forget to listen to my podcast on Spotify or on your favorite platform. Ligia M.
