## Sobre este episodio

In this episode we talked with Bob Gower. What an amazing conversation we had. We talked about his career evolution. How does he apply his motto 'Better, Faster, Happier' for Organizations and Teams. We talked about his new book ' Radical Alignment' written with her wife Alexandra Jamieson. A fantastic book that brings you a 'low-drama, high-joy!' technique to transform the way you collaborate and communicate in every area of your life. Bob explain us the All In Method (AIM) that starts with making the implicit explicit so collaborators are able to develop a foundation of empathy and trust. Also we got a look to the Future of Work and how can we open the conversation for the deep challenges we are facing now. Bob is one of our inspirators and role models at Polymath. Bob cares deeply about the financial, social, and environment performance of organizations. He is the author of two books and a sought-after speaker who has led gatherings on four continents and lectured at Columbia University, NYU, and many others. Bob has worked with leaders at a variety of organizations, from multinationals like Chanel, Ericsson and GE to nonprofits like New York Public Radio, The Studio Museum in Harlem, and the Wikimedia Foundation, as well as innovative tech companies and startups. He holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems and certification in Applied Positive Psychology. We hope you enjoy this episode! ¡Reinventándonos!
