Mathias Behn Bjørnhof is a futurist, global foresight strategist and Director of ANTICIPATE, the strategic foresight consultancy he founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2023. For close to a decade with first the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and now with ANTICIPATE, he has led 50+ foresight projects across more than 25 countries, for Fortune 500 companies, UN bodies, governments and universities. He works at the intersection of strategy, innovation and change, helping organizations use the futures actively in the decisions they make today. His focus is getting foresight to take root inside an organization and stay there after the project ends, through ANTICIPATE's own frameworks, its Academy, and advisory work. He also describes part of his role as futures diplomacy: arguing for the futures, and for future generations, in rooms where usually only the present has a seat. In this episode we talked about: I.
