ACUERDOS PROCEDENTES. 3º.- APROBACIÓN DEL TECHO DEL GASTO CON EFECTO NO FINANCIERO Y LÍNEAS FUNDAMENTALES DEL PRESUPUESTO MUNICIPAL PARA EL EJERCICIO 2015. ACUERDO PROCEDENTE. 4º.- MODIFICACIÓN ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR EL APROVECHAMIENTO ESPECIAL DEL DOMINIO PÚBLICO LOCAL QUE SE DERIVE DE LA ENTRADA Y SALIDA DE VEHÍCULOS A TRAVÉS DE ACERAS, EN GARAJES Y COCHERAS, RESERVAS DE VÍA PÚBLICA PARA APARCAMIENTO EXCLUSIVO, PARA VEHÍCULOS, CARGA Y DESCARGA DE MERCANCÍAS DE CUALQUIER CLASE Y OCUPACIÓN DE CONTENEDORES. ACUERDO PROCEDENTE. 5º.-ADHESIÓN AL CONVENIO DE COOPERACIÓN ENTRE LA MANCOMUNIDAD DE AYUNTAMIENTOS DEL NORTE DE GRAN CANARIA Y LA ENTIDAD GESTORA DEL SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE GESTIÓN DE RESIDUOS DE APARATOS ELÉCTRICOS Y ELECTRÓNICOS FUNDACIÓN CANARIA PARA EL RECICLAJE Y EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE. ACUERDO PROCEDENTE. 6º.- ASUNTOS DE LA PRESIDENCIA. 7º.- RUEGOS Y PREGUNTAS.
