In the June episode 1 of No Me Callo / I Won’t Stay Quiet , Jessica Lomelin starts a new series called “ Recordings That Were Never Meant to Exist of Jessica Lomelin ” , she talks about everything that usually stays in her head and almost never gets said out loud. Jessica shares how there are two versions of her: the one people see on the outside, the one who works, responds, smiles, and seems like she’s doing fine, and the one that exists when she’s alone, where she overthinks, analyzes everything, and gets tired of always feeling “okay.” She also talks about how a conversation often doesn’t really end when it ends, because afterward her mind keeps replaying it over and over, thinking about what she said, what she didn’t say, and what she should have said. The episode touches something very real for her: the exhaustion of always functioning even when she doesn’t feel calm inside, and how that slowly makes you get used to holding everything in.
