Accused, David Stubbers in Custody

David Stubbers was accused of the death of a motorist on the 101 in October of 2021. David left the county and never came back. San Diego Police arrested David at about 9pm on October 8, 2022 as a result of a tip that was sent to us. David is awaiting for Sonoma County to retrieve him from San Diego County Jail.
