## Sobre este episodio

Dr. Lena McQuade spoke with us about the research she has done on Parteras (midwives) in New Mexico and how these workers were pushed out of the health system due to racist mentality that devalued their knowledge. New organizations are working together in order to bring back the knowledge we were forced to forget. #sonomacounty #newmexico #sonomastateuniversity #ssu #parteras #midwives #ancestralknowledge #ancestralwisdom
