Dejas tu país atrás para irte a estudiar a otro, en el que se habla un idioma distinto, en el que no conoces a nadie y que no está precisamente cerca de tu casa. ¿Serías capaz de aguantar? ¿Cuánto valor se necesita para embarcarse en tal aventura? Hoy tengo el honor de poder entrevistar a Holly Rolfs, quizá más conocida como la xica estadunidenca que parla valencià. Holly recoge en sus redes, en las que alberga en total más de 45 mil seguidores, cómo es la vida de una joven que ha vivido en Gandia (Comunidad Valenciana) los últimos años cuando decidió venir a España desde Estados Unidos con tan sólo 19 años. Sin conocer a nadie, sin controlar el idioma.
