Kate McCue: The woman who changed maritime history | Conversations Under a Tree

Conversations Under a Tree welcomes a truly extraordinary guest in Episode 12. Kate McCue — from dreaming at just 12 years old… to commanding ships across the world. 🌍⚓️ In an industry long shaped by tradition, she didn’t just rise through the ranks — she redefined what leadership looks like at sea. Becoming the first American woman to captain a mega cruise ship, her journey is a testament to perseverance, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to her path. But beyond the title, what stands out most is who she is:a leader who leads with empathy,a pioneer who opens doors for others, and a woman who proves that no dream is too far when you keep showing up — every single day. This episode is not just about the ocean…it’s about courage, resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to stay true to yourself in a world that often expects otherwise. A conversation about leadership, purpose, and what it really means to create your own path. 🌳 Episode 12 — now live 🎙 Conversations Under a Tree Special thanks for video & photo: Kate McCue (Instagram: @captainkatemccue ) Alen Bikic (Instagram: @alen.lena ) Four Seasons Yachts
