At just 28 years old, Nicolás has already made a name for himself on the Argentine gastronomic scene with his creative and very personal style. He has been passionate about cooking from a young age and, over the years, has developed his own approach to gastronomy, challenging traditional concepts and aiming to surprise his guests. Together with his father, he opened Ácido, a restaurant in Chacarita where technique, innovation and a contemporary vision of gastronomy come together. Today, he runs the restaurant with his partner, Dalila. His cuisine is experimental, creative and unconventional, always looking for new ways to surprise.
